The stay was great, especially since we were exploring popular attractions like the Edo-Tokyo Museum and Tsukiji Market. Access to the metro station was super convenient, and we enjoyed the laundry facilities on-site. The best part was the spacious room that offered a nice retreat after long days out and about, making our trip comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent water pressure in the shower. perfect for revitalization after a long trek through the city.
Location is somewhat far from the JR station, necessitating a switch to metro for convenience. The self-check-in process is redundant, forcing you through a machine after already checking in, and the lack of proper wardrobe space means living out of a suitcase for longer stays can be quite tiresome. Also, the absence of a shower curtain leads to a soaked bathroom every time—annoying but endurable.

The Standard Double Room we had was pretty cozy for Tokyo, which is saying something! The full-size bathtub was a nice surprise, especially after long days of exploring. It felt tight, but that's normal for the city. Everything was well-maintained and tidy. Plus, the hotel provides a laundry room and a microwave on-site, which was super convenient for families like ours.

great stay but minor issues
The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, definitely a highlight of our mornings! Our room was impeccably clean, making it a comfortable space for our family. We enjoyed the thoughtfully provided bath salts and refreshing free drinks that truly enhanced our stay. The location was superb for evening strolls, as we found vibrant streets filled with charming restaurants just around the corner.
The self-check-in process felt a bit redundant, adding unnecessary steps after our arrival.
